Lori Lindholm was an absolute DYNAMO for us! We were from out of state and had a VERY LIMITED time in which to find a house. Lori really put in the time to help get the house ready to sell. She paid for a stager to come in and give us and her advise on what to do and Lori brought in a lot of staging items to help make the house look its best. Then she hired a professional photographer to take pictures of the house. Past real estate agents that we have used didn't do anything but post some of our current pictures online with the listing, recommend that you drop your price after a while and then collected their fee. Lori got us full price (much more than the comps) within a few weeks.
